Change the options values that you would like to use for most scenarios in projects (ex: comment, project, company, client, units, thresholds, etc.).
The Units Transformation tab is automatically displayed. Enter the units you will use in your project. These units will be used for all work in Stadium. The Units Transformation tab may be invoked at any time by clicking on the Change Units icon from the Utilities toolbox or from the Options menu by clicking on Preferences. Changing units means convert dimensions. A 1-inch edge becomes a 2.54 cm edge. Click on OK when you are done.
Setting the Project Preference
When you launch STADIUM®, the Preferences dialog box automatically displays. This dialog box is used to incorporate specific project information into an existing or new project. Click on the Identification tab to edit the project information. Generally, you may accept default values.
The Chloride threshold for corrosion tab is used to set the values of the threshold functions Ct (chloride threshold) for:
• Total chloride
• Chloride-hydroxide ratio
The General tab is used to set the distance at which STADIUM® begins to calculate the corrosion initiation. This allows neglecting the drop of chloride at the concrete surface that is often obtained by the model.
