Simplified Interface for Exposure Conditions

From the Input Data menu, when the user selects the sub-menu Simplified Interface…, the simplified exposure conditions window appears. The from the database exposure list the user can select the corresponding exposure condition. All the parameters are filled automatically.

In the picture of the Structural Element, by clicking x=0 or x=l, we can view the exposure condition curves.

Depending on the type of structure and element, the user can modify some parameters such as the average temperature and relative humidity of the environment, the salinity of seawater, or the concentration of the ionic contaminant. For modifications that fall outside of the predefined conditions, the user must use the Advanced Interface.

When a sulfate attack case is selected, a special window asks the user to enter the external sulfate concentration according to predefined exposure categories (see section 8.2)
